About Us

About the Creator

FitlyFast is created by Md Mohimenul Islam. The idea behind the site is simple: take the noise around fitness and fasting, slow it down, and present it in a way that’s easier to think clearly about.

Every article aims to do one of three things:

  • clarify a confusing concept,
  • organize scattered information into something usable, or
  • help you frame better conversations with the professionals you trust.

About FitlyFast

FitlyFast is an information-focused site about fitness, fasting, and everyday wellness. It exists for people who want to understand the ideas behind popular approaches—like intermittent fasting, step goals, strength work, and habit building—without being pulled into extreme promises or all-or-nothing thinking.

Instead of claiming to “hack” your body, FitlyFast tries to explain concepts in calm, plain language so you can combine what you read here with input from your doctor, dietitian, coach, or other qualified professionals.

What FitlyFast Covers

Fasting & Structure
We explore different ways people time their eating—such as time-restricted eating and longer fasts—at the level of patterns and concepts. The goal is not to prescribe what you personally should do, but to give you enough context to ask better questions and make informed decisions with a professional.

Training & Movement
FitlyFast also looks at simple, sustainable ways to move: strength basics, resistance work, light conditioning, walking, and other forms of activity. The emphasis is on long-term consistency, not “go hard for 30 days and then quit.”

Daily Wellness
Sleep, hydration, recovery, stress, and general routines matter as much as workouts and meal timing. You’ll find articles that connect these elements so you can see how small changes can add up over time.

How We Approach Content

  • Information-first: The site is educational, not medical or personal coaching.
  • Realistic tone: Progress is framed in terms of months and years, not overnight promises.
  • Respect for individual differences: People’s bodies, histories, and health contexts vary. What works well for one person may not be safe or appropriate for another.
  • Professional boundaries: We consistently encourage readers to speak with healthcare professionals before making significant changes to fasting, diet, or training.
